Knowledge Management at HEUKING

Knowledge Management (KM) at HEUKING stands for the joint development, structuring and sharing of knowledge using the latest digital technologies. We see KM as an essential basis for innovative legal work - and therefore the future of our legal advice.

Our KM team develops and provides the structures, processes and applications that actively support the constant growth and collaborative exchange of knowledge in our law firm.

Knowledge Management at Heuking: The Future Is Now!

Creating and developing knowledge together

Our approach to knowledge management is based on a culture of sharing, collaboration and learning. We consciously promote the exchange of knowledge and experience between our lawyers. Our lawyers can use digital platforms to quickly and easily exchange information on specialist topics and best practices for handling client matters, regardless of whether they work in the same office or at different locations. In this way, we create and maintain new knowledge together and increase the quality and efficiency of our advice.

HEUKING Knowledge Hub

The HEUKING Knowledge Hub is our internal digital knowledge platform that provides quick access to perhaps our most important asset - our HEUKING knowledge. Based on state-of-the-art technology, our lawyers can access the samples and other documents they need for their work at any time and from anywhere. The direct integration of the Knowledge Hub into workflows enables their integrated use in the context of advising clients, and thus, efficient work.

Artificial intelligence and automation

As a modern law firm, we use artificial intelligence (AI) and automation tools to make our workflows even more efficient and smarter. We rely on innovative technologies that support us in answering legal questions quickly and accurately, creating documents efficiently and researching relevant information. By applying these technologies based on our HEUKING knowledge, we can meet the high quality standards of our clients and thus offer special added value.
