Arbitration law expert Walter Eberl joins Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as Equity Partner

Arbitration law expert and litigator Dr. Walter Eberl joins the Munich office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as Equity Partner. The 48-year-old moves to the company from Taylor Wessing and is joined by his Associate, Dr. Christian Strasser.

Dr. Eberl has made a name for himself particularly in litigation. Furthermore, he focuses on national and international arbitration proceedings and on alternative conflict resolutions. He provides counsel to German and international clients. In addition to being admitted to the bar in Germany, he is also admitted to the bar in England and Wales as Solicitor.
