Awarded again: HEUKING is "Employer of the Future"
HEUKING, one of Germany's largest commercial law firms, has once again been awarded the "Top Service" and "Employer of the Future" awards by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) this year.
The seals focus on the future viability of companies in the areas of digitalization and sustainability. The winners are determined by the DIND on the basis of a multi-stage points system: As part of the "Top Service" award, criteria such as availability, speed and solution expertise are examined. In order to be recognized by the DIND as a future-proof employer, companies are assessed for their innovative strength, level of digital transformation, employee friendliness, modern leadership and recruiting strategies.
The "Employer of the Future" award is proof of Heuking's future-oriented thinking and digital innovation. In the assessment of the law firm by experts from business, science and politics, the successes in the area of legal tech & digitalization were particularly convincing.
