Berlin expands - Stöhr Partner of Stöhr Mäger starts in Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's the Berlin office
Dr. Karl-Josef Stöhr, founding principal of the Stöhr Mäger law firm in Berlin, joined the Berlin office of the law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek as a partner on 01/01/2006. Stöhr will continue in its areas of practice construction and property development law, administrative law as well as general conduct of a case. "The property market has once again been developing very rapidly after years of stagnation. The area of practice of real-estate law of Heuking Kühn Lüer’s Berlin office and my expertise in this area compliment one another in an ideal manner," comments Stöhr on the transfer. "In the last while, it is evident that the dynamic of the property market and the resulting work volume cannot be managed by a boutique like Stöhr Mäger lawyers. The dissolution of my law firm to date serves the further concentration of my core areas of expertise in the client’s interest". "With Dr. Stöhr, with whom we have already successfully collaborated with in the past and his exceptional contacts in the Berlin business scene, we were able to again considerably strengthen the real estate expertise in the Berlin office of our law firm," notes Stefan Fischer, the office representative of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.
