Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises Alemannia Aachen in the construction of their new soccer stadium

Alemannia Aachen GmbH wants to build a new soccer stadium for 27,000 fans, in order to meet the increased security and cost-effectiveness demanded for the Bundesliga. There are plans for a stadium, a parking garage, an office building, and an area for training and youth activities.  Alemannia Aachen GmbH is looking for an investor with whom it can form a strategic partnership for the provision of planning-, construction-, operating- and financing services.  The investor will be selected in a Europe-wide competition.

Dr. Ute Jasper, Dr. Rainer Velte and Carsten Steinert are involved in the competition procedure and are advising Alemannia Aachen GmbH particularly with respect to all legal issues.
