Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advises DESIGN Bau during capital increase

DESIGN Bau AG, a full-service provider of private homes, has completed a capital increase raising a total of 6 million Euro on the stock market. The capital increase was conducted by way of an accelerated book building and was oversubscribed multiple times. The placement was undertaken by WestLB AG. and Dr. Thorsten Kuthe advised DESIGN Bau AG during the process. In October of last year, the Cologne capital markets team around Sickinger and Kuthe advised DESIGN Bau AG during the company's initial public offering.
