Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises STIWA Group on Acquisition of a Real Estate Subsidiary of Aareal Bank

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided legal counsel to STIWA Group on the acquisition of Valcon Immo-Experts GmbH.

On November 12, 2010, Aareal Bank AG sold all interest in STIWA Valuation & Due Diligence GmbH. The purchase price has not been disclosed.
