Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises Systaic on the Sale of Spanish Solar Power Plants

The Systaic group has entered into the final agreements with the final investor, a European-wide leading German investment company, on the sale of its Spanish solar power plants. Ownership in all Systaic solar power plants hooked up to the power grid by September 28, 2008 were transferred to the final investor.
