Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek Advises Tonkens Agrar AG on IPO

As of today, Tonkens Agrar AG will offer its shares for sale on the capital market for the first time. The Initial Public Offering of the agricultural business based at Saxony-Anhalt's Sülzetal is to assure financing of its scheduled expansion. First trading day of the agro-investment will be July 07, 2010. Dr. Thorsten Kuthe of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided counsel on the capital market law topics associated with the IPO.

Tonkens Agrar AG, represented by Dutch agronomist, Mr. Gerrit Tonkens, is an agricultural operation maintaining about 7,400 acres of land and generates annual revenue of about EUR 20 million. Currently, the farming and dairy cattle divisions account for the majority of its business. The scheduled investments are also to be used for up to four biogas plants.
