Dr. Thomas Nickel (41) will be joining the Frankfurt office of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek on September 1, 2005. As a partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, he will be responsible for managing and expanding the areas of Real Estate and Administrative and Environmental Law. Until now he has worked as a partner in the international Real Estate practice group at Lovells and lead Lovell's German Administrative and Environmental Law Group. His clients are primarily project developers, real estate fund companies and public law entities. Nickel comments the advantages of an independent law firm with offices in all key business locations in Germany. "Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek offers me the ideal basis to build on my work in property law and project development as well as my extensive experience in advising PPPs with the backing of a practice group operating Germany-wide.
