Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is "Law Firm of the Year for Distribution Systems"

The partnership of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek was presented with the award for "Law Firm of the Year for Distribution Systems" at this year's Juve Awards.

"The award is an outstanding success for our partnership and particularly for our lawyers in this field," Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack, Partner of the law firm in Hamburg, was pleased to note. "What is also important to us is the fact that Juve’s evaluation always includes the assessment of clients, which shows that our clients value our work highly," Duhnkrack continued.

The range of counsel provided in the field of distribution, trade, logistics and distribution systems at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek covers all industries and service industries, including classic distribution law and distribution antitrust law. A particular focus lies on the machine construction and shipping industries as well as on car and insurance sales. Clients include Audi and Renault, the Areva and Possehl groups, Konica-Minolta and various large shipping providers. Insurance clients include Deutscher Ring and others.

Even and particularly in times of crisis, the interest of companies in the optimizing of their distribution structures is unabated. Companies are currently focusing on developing innovative distribution channels and on ways of increasing demand through targeted distribution control, such as by means of innovative margin and bonus systems.

"The demand by manufacturers for strategic counsel continues to increase due to the reshaping of the business conditions in the field of vertical distribution systems," Duhnkrack explains.

"We consider this award as a particular recognition of our work in the last year and at the same time as incentive to stay the course," Dr. Reinhard Siegert, Partner of the law firm at the Munich office, is also pleased about the award.

The editorial department of legal publisher Juve bases its decision on information gained from more than 19,000 contacts and numerous discussions with and questionnaires handed out to clients, competitors and judges. The awards distinguish law firms and teams which have excelled due to their work and market position and are considered one of the most important industry awards. They are handed out annually in 17 categories, including 14 different awards for law firms, broken down by specialist fields and regions, and 3 in-house categories.
