Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek with significant revenue increase
Commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek posted revenue of EUR 121 million in fiscal 2014, an increase of 12 percent over previous year 2013, where revenue stood at EUR 107.6 million. Revenue per lawyer also continued to rise: It went up by some 7 percent to reach EUR 440,000.
Dr. Andreas Urban, Managing Partner of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, is pleased about the considerable growth. "The expectations placed in 2014 were more than fulfilled. We grew again strongly. The revenue increase was generated both by the existing lawyers and by laterals. We were also able to keep the expense ratio low. We want to continue on this path and are confident, in particular by adding our Stuttgart peers at the beginning of the year, to continue charting our successful course in the interest of our clients."
In 2014, the law firm counted 274.7 lawyers on the basis of full-time equivalents. To date, this number has already increased to somewhat more than 300 lawyers, and the firm continues to grow constantly. In addition to the Stuttgart peers (7 partners, 2 salaried partners), already one additional partner in Frankfurt and two salaried partners (in Frankfurt and Zurich) have joined the firm this year.
