Heuking provides information in online-seminar about the possibilities offered by the Job Exchange
In cooperation with KWB e.V. and the Department of Labor, Social Affairs, Family and Integration of the City of Hamburg, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek hosted the Online-Seminar “Possibilities of the Job Exchange – Legal Advice on Personnel Partnership” on June 17. Claudia Hillebrand, Advisor at the Department of Labor, Social Affairs, Family and Integration of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, and Dr. Arietta von Stechow, Certified Specialist for Employment Law at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, explained the idea of the Job Exchange and the legal framework conditions.
As a result of the corona pandemic, numerous companies currently have too much or too little work for their employees. With the help of the Job Exchange at http://www.fachkraefte-fuer-hamburg.de, it is possible to quickly and easily find a suitable company for temporary exchange of skilled workers. Legally, the personnel partnership can be implemented in several ways; the personnel exchange may be performed by means of temporary employment and simultaneous suspension of the main employment relationship or by means of permit-free supply of temporary workers. In addition to the legal options and advice on drafting contracts, attendees also received best practice tips on how to successfully implement the personnel partnership with their employees.
