HEUKING advises PRIMEPULSE on sale of glueckkanja AG to Norvestor
A HEUKING team led by M&A Partners Boris Dürr and Christian Schild provided comprehensive legal advice to the investment company PRIMEPULSE SE on the sale of its majority stake in IT service provider glueckkanja AG including its subsidiaries by means of a structured bidding process to private equity investor Norvestor as purchaser.
