HEUKING advises FCR Immobilien AG on bond issuance of up to EUR 30 million and exchange offer

A HEUKING team, led by Munich-based Salaried Partner Markus Joachimsthaler, legally advised FCR Immobilien AG comprehensively on the issuance of its 6.25% bond 2025/2030 of up to EUR 30 million and an exchange offer for holders of its 4.25% bond 2020/2025. Joachimsthaler, who joined HEUKING on January 1, 2025, previously advised FCR Immobilien AG on multiple bond issuances.

FCR Immobilien AG is a specialized real estate portfolio holder focused on neighborhood stores. Its shares are traded on the regulated market (General Standard) of Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
