HEUKING advises Enapter AG on EUR 8 million capital increase

A HEUKING team led by Dr. Thorsten Kuthe, Partner at the firm’s Cologne office, legally advised Berlin-based Enapter AG on an EUR 8 million capital increase with subscription rights. The subscription price per new share was set at EUR 4.26, with a subscription ratio of 14:1. The shares were successfully placed, raising the targeted amount of EUR 8 million.
