HEUKING expands Frankfurt office: Ulrich Weidemann joins as Partner for Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets Law

HEUKING continues to strengthen its Frankfurt office with the addition of Ulrich Weidemann (49) as an Equity Partner. A highly experienced expert in M&A, Venture Capital, and Capital Markets, Weidemann will enhance HEUKING’s Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets practice areas. 

Ulrich Weidemann joins HEUKING from Baker McKenzie, following many years at Freshfields in Frankfurt and New York. He specializes in M&A and venture capital transactions, as well as corporate law matters. Additionally, he comprehensively advises on capital markets transactions, including IPOs, capital increases, and secondary offerings. Over the years, Weidemann has developed particular expertise in the aviation, transport & logistics, and defense sectors.
