HEUKING advises KOSMOCAR SA on acquisition of MAN HELLAS Truck & Bus SA
A team led by HEUKING Partners Dirk W. Kolvenbach (Düsseldorf) and Michael Pauli (Cologne) advised and represented KOSMOCAR SA in connection with its successful acquisition of MAN HELLAS Truck & Bus SA. Closing was subject to the approval of the Greek competition authorities, which has been granted in the meantime.
Founded in 1970, KOSMOCAR SA is the official importer of Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands in Greece, as well as Ducati motorcycles in Greece and Cyprus. In addition, it is an official dealer and authorized workshop for Bentley and Lamborghini in Greece.
MAN HELLAS Truck & Bus SA is the Greek subsidiary of MAN Truck & Bus SE, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles and transport solutions. MAN HELLAS provides an extensive portfolio of products and services, including trucks, buses, and vans, along with comprehensive support solutions for these vehicles.
