Successful conclusion of social plan negotiations at Schön Kliniken Rendsburg and Eckernförde

The hospital management of Schön Kliniken Rendsburg and Eckernförde, in collaboration with the General Works Council, successfully finalized the social plan negotiations related to the partial closure of operations. On February 13, 2025, the last contractual agreements ensuring the social protection of the 250 affected employees were concluded. Schön Klinik group was once again legally advised by law firm Heuking, led by Hamburg-based Partner Dr. Johan-Michel Menke. Founded in 1985, Schön Klinik group is the largest family-owned hospital network in Germany, operating 17 clinics nationwide. The Rendsburg-Eckernförde site was acquired by Schön Klinik group following the insolvency of Imland-Kliniken.
