Munich: Heuking Adds Lawyer in Real Estate and Construction Law

As of July 1, 2008, Martin Regnath (34) joined the real estate and construction law division of the Munich office of law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek.

Regnath, moving to Heuking from the Berlin office of Redeker Sellner Dahs & Widmaier, regularly advises and represents awarding authorities in the event of large construction projects. In addition, he provides advice in the field of real estate project development and on real estate transactions.

"What is particularly appealing to me at Heuking is their presence in all of the important German business centers and the size of the construction and real estate law team", Regnath provides reasons for his change. "The office provides me the opportunity to attend to my clients in Berlin as well as in Munich in an optimum way."

For Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, which now features a team of six experts in construction and real estate law, the addition is another step towards the expansion in this field and of the office overall.
