Refinancing of HAM group: Lender consortium led by KSK Biberach

With a Frankfurt-based team led by Thomas K. Schrell, Partner, business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised a consortium of banks led by Kreissparkasse Biberach and consisting of commercial banks and institutions of the S-Finanzgruppe on the refinancing of HAM group. 

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the lending banks on structuring, documentation and negotiation of the refinancing. In particular, the financing structure, the guarantee concept, and the financing conditions were adapted. The parties agreed not to disclose the amount of the new financing volume.

HAM group is a leading manufacturer of precision tools and corresponding tool systems. The group was established 50 years ago and currently employs more than 450 people worldwide. The group is operating companies in France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, and Japan. In addition, it works with partner companies in a number of other countries
