Start-up Week Düsseldorf – series of lectures “Law Clearly and Compliant” answers questions of founders

Choosing the right legal form, protecting own ideas, designing the online presence in legally compliant form – these and other topics are important for young entrepreneurs to avoid mistakes when establishing a company. The lawyers of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek explained exactly what needs to be considered during Start-up Week held in Düsseldorf on April 8 and 9.
 
Some 100 young entrepreneurs accepted the invitation to attend a series of lectures on “Law Clearly and Compliant” at the law firm’s offices to learn about corporate law, e-commerce, IP/IT, tax law, and employment law. During lively discussions after the lectures, founders discussed their questions and received helpful tips from the legal experts. The breaks between the lectures provided the opportunity for attendees to exchange ideas.
 
“The consistently positive feedback shows that we were able to support the attendees well in setting up their own businesses,” said Dr. Kirsten Thiergart, who held a lecture during Start-up Week for the fourth time.
