WirtschaftsWoche: HEUKING always TOP in the area of compliance - three lawyers honored at once
In its current issue, WirtschaftsWoche has once again named Dr. Susanne Stauder and Dr. André-M. Szesny, LL.M., and Anna-Lena Glander as top lawyers in the field of compliance.
The Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed more than 1,600 lawyers from 237 different law firms for the ranking. The selected lawyers were asked to name their most renowned colleagues. This resulted in a list, which was evaluated by a panel of experts, resulting in a ranking of 36 leading law firms and 51 highly recommended lawyers for the legal field of compliance.
Dr. André-M. Szesny, LL.M., has been advising clients as a lawyer and partner with a focus on white-collar crime and compliance since 2005. He has been with Heuking since 2008 and is a co-founder of the firm's white collar and criminal tax law practice group. Dr. Susanne Stauder has been with Heuking since 2011 and has been a partner since 2022. In addition to providing compliance advice, she represents companies and individuals both preventively and in ongoing white-collar criminal proceedings. Anna-Lena Glander was admitted to the bar in 2018 and advises in the areas of compliance and white-collar criminal law. The focus of her compliance advice is particularly on the area of whistleblower protection.
