Advice under public procurement law to North-Rhine Westphalia's auditing institution for municipalities

Municipality auditing institution Gemeindeprüfungsanstalt NRW (gpa NRW) is a legal entity under public law. It was established by the State of North-Rhine Westphalia to audit municipalities and districts of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and in particular to perform the annual financial audits of municipal enterprises. In addition, gpa NRW is also auditing the New Municipal Financial Management opening balance sheets. For these purposes, gpa NRW has maintained a database since 2003for recording and analyzing its auditing data. gpa NRW intends to optimize the software support for this core process.
