Advising Angermann M&A International on merger with M&A International

After Hamburg and Stuttgart, Angermann M&A International GmbH is now also represented in Frankfurt. The opening of an additional office that had been in the planning stages for quite some time was made possible by the merger with M&A International GmbH based in Kronberg near Frankfurt. Both companies merged effective February 1, 2014 and in the future will bundle their forces to form a top midcap M&A consulting firm with strong presence in Germany and worldwide. As part of the merger, M&A International GmbH's managing shareholders Dr. Axel Gollnick and Ali Taşbaşı joined Angermann M&A International GmbH and are heading the Frankfurt office.
 
Angermann M&A International GmbH was founded in 1953 and is the longest established German M&A consulting firm. M&A International GmbH has been in business since 1977 and is thus also one of the pioneers of professional transaction consulting. Both firms advise family businesses, private equity firms, and large companies on mid-sized corporate transactions and have had a highly international focus since their early years.
 
Established in 1985, Angermann M&A International is the exclusive German team of M&A International Inc., the world's largest organization of independent M&A consulting firms with 600 professionals in 64 offices across 41 countries. About 70 percent of the deals advised by Angermann are cross-border transactions.
