Advising HMH Hanseatische Marine Holding GmbH on successful acquisition of G+H Marine GmbH
G+H Marine GmbH, Hamburg, has a new ownership structure. The enterprise had previously been part of VINCI Energie Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of publicly listed French construction group VINCI. Effective October 1, 2013, the company was now taken over in full by HMH Hanseatische Marine Holding GmbH, Hamburg.
In addition to three leading long-term employees, Hamburg Apriori Beteiligungen GmbH and other investors with industry expertise are also shareholders of this holding. The group of investors was legally advised on the transaction by Dr. Stefan Duhnkrack, Partner at commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Hamburg office.
As international service provider, G+H Marine GmbH with more than 80 years experience specializes in interior fittings of maritime vehicles and equipment. The company has particular expertise in planning, layout, supply, and assembly in the areas of heating, fire protection and acoustic insulation, high-quality interior fittings, as well as air condition and ventilation systems. With about 50 employees, the company generates revenue in excess of EUR 10 million. Commerzbank AG, Hamburg, could be won as financing partner for G +H Marine GmbH's future operational business.
