Advising INROS LACKNER AG on conversion into a European Company (SE)
Inros Lackner AG was converted into a European Company (SE) with a monistic structure. A team from various offices of commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek led by Dr. Jörg Schewe, Partner at the Hamburg office, and Dr. Kai Erhardt, Salaried Partner, comprehensively advised the company on the matter.
Inros Lackner provides architectural and engineering services for public and private clients. Both in planning for specialized services and in master planning, the group is involved in all the planning stages, provides comprehensive advice and contributes to the success of construction projects. With the conversion to an SE, Inros Lackner Group – which, alongside the parent company, consists of the subsidiaries viaponti Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH, Inros Lackner International GmbH, iLi-Consulting Engineers Mekong Ltd., Inros Lackner Vietnam LLC, and VIN Consult s.r.o. – is continuing its internationalization.
”The conversion into a European company significantly increases the flexibility of the organizational structure,” said Schewe. "The comprehensive advice under corporate and employment law meant that we were able to contribute our part to the company's continuing international focus."
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek has been advising Inros Lackner with its total of 415 employees already since the end of the 1990's. It also the individual companies of the group when they merged and during their conversion from a German limited liability company into a stock corporation in 2003.
