Advising KDK Automotive GmbH on capital increase

Dr. Mathias Schröder, Partner, and Alexander Weber, Lawyer, both of commercial law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Munich office, advised Korean investor Dongkook Industries Co. as lead investor on a capital increase of German subsidiary KDK Automotive GmbH.
The capital increase follows the recent acquisition of German automotive supplier Innovative Components Technologies GmbH (ICT), on which Schröder was the lead advisor as well.
 
As part of a cash capital increase, KDK Automotive GmbH's registered capital was increased to EUR 10 million.  Several companies participated in the capital increase, some of which are backed by South Korean investors with holdings in numerous enterprises in Asia, particularly in the automotive supplier industry.
