Advising Spanish AERTEC Solutions S.L. on acquisition in Germany

Supported by a team led by Hamburg-based partner Dr. Lothar Ende, AERTEC Solutions S.L. has acquired 100% of the shares in aviation supplier and service provider QualityPark AviationCenter GmbH. AERTEC, a global provider of aerospace engineering services headquartered in Malaga, Spain, is thus continuing its international expansion and strengthening its competitive position in the European aviation services market.
 
QualityPark collaborates closely with customers such as Airbus, Premium Aerotec, FERCHAU Engineering, and LATESYS and participates in the A400M, A320, A330-200, A350XWB or A380 aviation programs.
 
The Hamburg-based Heuking team under led by Lothar Ende has been involved in numerous aviation projects in the past and has therefore established a well-functioning network in this sector.
