Advising the Heart and Diabetes Center in public procurement law (new construction)

We are advising the Heart and Diabetes Center North-Rhine Westphalia on all matters under public procurement law on an ongoing basis. We advised the Heart and Diabetes Center NRW on public procurement law and on construction law particularly in the new construction of two nursing wards and two surgery rooms and were commissioned to design several award procedures for the expansion of the hospital complex.
