Advising ZEG on acquisition of Kettler ‘s bicycle division
Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised dealer cooperative Zweirad-Einkaufs-Gemeinschaft (ZEG) on the acquisition of the bicycle division of insolvent sports equipment manufacturer Kettler, a family-owned business in Germany’s Sauerland region.
The bike factory employs around 80 people. ZEG is a group purchasing organization of 960 bicycle shops in Europe.
