League and clubs decide on commissions at shareholders' meeting

Shortly before the start of the 29th season of the PENNY DEL on Thursday (15.9.22), the shareholders met at the Lindner Congress Hotel in Frankfurt for the ordinary shareholders' meeting. In addition to reports from the Supervisory Board and the Management Board and the respective discharge, the main item on the agenda was the election of commissions.

The Commissions for Sustainability and Sports and Preventive Medicine were newly anchored in the Articles of Association. Directly on the spot, the members of the commissions were unanimously elected for four years. The members of the Disciplinary Committee and the Court of Arbitration were confirmed by those present.

"I am very happy that we elected the new commissions unanimously. Especially in the area of sustainability, we as a league have very great potential and are already broadly positioned. Through the commissions, we want to give the areas even more weight," says Jürgen Arnold, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PENNY DEL.
