An increasing number of energy providers from neighboring countries are strengthening their presence on the German market. In this area, we support various companies in connection with their market launch.
Our clients include among others French energy provider EDF and Austrian energy provider Energieallianz Austria GmbH; in addition, we provide advice beraten to energy providers from Switzerland and the Netherlands.

Our tasks include the arrangement of the activities in the German market in accordance with corporate law, providing information and consultation in connection with the regulatory environment, the drafting and negotiation of contracts, consultation on employment law, as well as providing legal support in the strategic development of the market launch.
