Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg
The Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg built the architecturally outstanding Elbphilharmonie on top of a former quay warehouse as a new urban and cultural landmark with three concert halls, a hotel, restaurants and bars, and luxury residential units.
Our services
We advised on the project on behalf of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg as well as the municipal companies involved, including on procurement law, construction law, State aid law, and residential property law. We supported the client in the award procedure and in the contractual negotiations.
