Gemeinnützige Umwelthaus GmbH – Social monitoring

Gemeinnützige Umwelthaus GmbH intended to commission a comprehensive scientific pilot study to explore socioeconomic and social structural impacts of air traffic access in the surrounding area of Frankfurt/Main Airport at sub-local level.
 
The necessary European-wide advertisement for bids was placed in form of a negotiation procedure with upstream competitive bidding.
 
Subsequently, the contract was awarded to a sociological research institute at a university.
 
The research institute was commissioned without complaint and without review procedures.
 
The order volume was about EUR 1.4 million and is based on a term of 1.5 years.
 
Our services
We designed the bidding procedure, drafted and negotiated the contract, and supported the client in carrying out the contract award procedure with upstream competitive bidding.
