Halle (Saale) Residual Waste Treatment

The City of Halle (Saale) has privatized its residual waste treatment services and is having a waste-fueled power station constructed via a PPP project. The new mixed-economy company is assuming responsibility for residual waste services, including the construction and operation of a waste treatment plant.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised the City of Halle after the breakdown of a failed awarding of a contract in-house on all legal disputes and within a successful contract award procedure from the concept to the conclusion of the contract.
