Major projects in the regional rail transport

The Transportation Organization Rhein-Ruhr and other associations annually award contracts for regional rail transportation in the three-digit million (Euro) range. We have advised in many such procedures regarding public procurement matters and the structuring of contractual concepts, and have helped such associations in obtaining positive rulings in post-award verification procedures and judicial reviews before public procurement authorities and the State courts.
