Medical technology manufacturer

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is providing an internationally active manufacturer of medical technology products with support in the setting up of a compliance organization for Europe in order to manage the usual risks of its activities in healthcare, particularly in the public sector.
This included the analysis of the applicable legal framework of regulations, as well as the typical business processes and the existing network of contracts. On this basis, a Code of Conduct and the necessary guidelines for standard processes were developed.
In addition, in this project, Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek provided support in the setting up of the organization and the selection of a suitable compliance officer, to whom we are available on an ongoing basis for further advice.
