HEUKING advises Nolex AG on the acquisition of Maibach Verkehrssicherheits- und Lärmschutzeinrichtungen GmbH

A multiple office HEUKING team, led by Stuttgart Partner Dr. Hermann Ali Hinderer, advised Nolex AG on legal and tax matters in relation to its acquisition of Maibach Verkehrssicherheits- und Lärmschutzeinrichtungen GmbH.

The former owners, Hans-Dieter Maibach, Barbara Maibach, Sabrina Maibach, and Marc-Christian Maibach, have sold all their shares to support the company’s future growth. In the near term, plans are in place to expand the product portfolio and enhance international sales efforts.

Maibach VuL GmbH is a renowned and respected specialist in Germany and Europe within its core product segments, including road safety, noise protection, and amphibian protection. The company operates subsidiaries in Austria and Switzerland. On August 1, 2024, Sven Bechtloff assumed leadership of Maibach group, while Sabrina Maibach, who previously served on the management board alongside Hans-Dieter Maibach, will continue her role within the company.

Nolex AG, a Swiss investment holding company headquartered in Wollerau, specializes in investing in small and medium-sized enterprises, strategically and operationally developing them with a focus on long-term sustainability through entrepreneurial expertise.
