Power Plant Projects

We support foreign energy providers in the implementation of power plant projects in Germany, both in conventional and regenerative energies. This includes, in particular, power plant projects in an industry partnership.

In doing so, we advise our clients not only in the legal drafting and negotiation of contracts, but support them also in project coordination. Our activities include, among other things, the corporate law and tax law structuring (including cooperation agreements), legal consultancy in connection with project financing, support of the project with regard to regulatory approval, the consideration of public procurement law requirements, as well as the drafting and negotiation of the project contracts.
