Our services

• We advised on the award procedure comprehensively from drafting to awarding the contract.
• We advised the contracting authority on selecting the type of procedure and the designing of the procedure. The bidding documents and the contract documents were drafted or reviewed by us.
• We supported the contracting authority in all stages of the procedure, in particular in reviewing and evaluating the participation requests and bids and in negotiations with the bidders.
• We advised the contracting authority on the negotiations and on concluding the financing agreements.
