Stuttgart’s largest office project: Wolfram Sandner advises Allianz on full relocation to Vaihingen

Allianz group intends to consolidate its approximately 4,500 employees in Stuttgart, which have been spread out across several locations in the city, in a single new office complex in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Campus Vaihingen would thus become the largest office building in Stuttgart to date. It is exemplary that a separate sports center is planned for employees in the building complex for occupational health care.
