The Congress Center Messe Frankfurt

The Congress Center Messe Frankfurt consists of a convention center, a hotel, and an office complex with a total investment volume of approximately 200 million Euro.

The project took seven years to complete. To realize the project, Messe Frankfurt GmbH offered an inheritable building right for the real estate, of which it still remains in possession. In consideration for this leasehold, the investors pledged to build a convention hall with a stage unrivalled anywhere in the world, equally suitable for large concerts and trade fair events and for smaller, more intimate gatherings.

The exceptionally large scope of the project was due to the fact that it was not based on a contract for a single general contractor, but was rather distributed in a plethora of over 260 individual contract awards.
