University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich

Founded in 1973, the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich consists of a university and a university for applied sciences. Research and teaching at the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich are free of charge. Excellent scientific facilities allow for internationally competitive research at a high level.

We have been providing legal support for numerous university projects relating to public procurement law since 2021. We are reviewing the legal framework of planned projects and research collaborations and are drafting contracts. We are also designing and setting up customized award procedures, which optimally account for the technical and organizational challenges.

OUR SERVICES

We have been advising the University of the Federal Armed Forces Munich on all aspects of public procurement law associated with complex research projects since 2021. In particular, we review the legal framework of intended procurements and research cooperation projects, draft the appropriate contracts, and design award procedures.
