HEUKING advises WeSports on the acquisition of the sports retailers Addnature and Bikester Nordics out of the Signa Sports insolvency

A Heuking team led by the Dusseldorf based Corporate/M&A Partner Dr. Martin Imhof advised WeSports on the acquisition of the sports retailers Addnature and Bikester in the four Nordic countries Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. WeSports acquires the outdoor retailer Addnature as well as the e-commerce platform of the bicycle retailer Bikester in the Nordic countries out of the insolvency of Signa Sports and its e-commerce platform internetstores GmbH.

WeSports will manage and further develop the sports retailers Addnature und Bikester Nordics as independent pure specialists alongside and in cooperation with its existing bicycle and outdoor business in the Nordic markets. With the acquisition WeSports further strengthens its position as a leading provider of sports equipment and fashion in the Nordics.
