Patrick Müller is an Equity Partner in the Düsseldorf office of HEUKING.

He specialises in national and cross-border M&A transactions, including group restructurings under the UmwG. He also specialises in providing comprehensive advice to start-ups, scale-ups and their investors in the area of venture capital through all growth phases (financing rounds, convertible loans, employee participation, exits, etc.). He also regularly advises on corporate lawissues and shareholder disputes.

Patrick Müller is also involved as a lecturer at various universities of applied sciences and as a mentor in various accelerator programmes. He utilises his many years of experience from numerous complex transactions to provide his clients with comprehensive, innovative and efficient advice. He is also active in HEUKING's French and Turkey Desk. Patrick Müller is recommended by Legal 500 (Germany/EMEA 2024) for corporate law.
