Another New Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek- Schnaittacher Will Work from Cologne Office

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek was able to add Ralf M. Schnaittacher to its Cologne office. Schnaittacher will move to Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek from Mayer Brown. He will begin his work on May 16, 2010 and will be accompanied by Associate Stefan Westerheide. Schnaittacher's legal work focuses on the areas of Corporate/M&A and Capital Market Law. In addition, Schnaittacher boasts longstanding experience in reorganization and in the strategic counseling of corporate bodies.

The new partner adds particular industry expertise in Consumer Goods, particularly in the beverage and meat industry, in clothing and telecommunications. He counsels management and supervisory board members of listed companies and successfully assists with reorganization and group restructuring.

Ralf M. Schnaittacher has been Partner at Mayer Brown since the beginning of 2008. Previously, he had been working as Associate, Managing Associate and then as Counsel at the Cologne office of Linklaters since mid-1999.
