Dr. Herbert Palmberger is a new member of the International Association of Defense Counsel
Dr. Herbert Palmberger, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Düsseldorf office, was admitted as a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). Membership in the IADC allows the firm to expand its international networking activities in corporate and insurance law.
The IADC is the leading global legal organization for lawyers, insurers, and corporate executives in corporate and insurance law. Membership is by invitation only. Founded in 1920, the IADC has members from five continents, 45 countries, and all 50 U.S. states. The core purpose of the IADC is to enhance the development of skills, professionalism, and camaraderie to serve and benefit the members, their clients, as well as the civil justice system in general, in particular related to international insurance and reinsurance law.
