Establishment of VIVENTEC group – funding by Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank

With a Frankfurt-based team led by Partner Thomas K. Schrell, business law firm Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek advised Volksbank eG – Die Gestalterbank on funding the establishment of VIVENTEC group, a service group for building technology.

VIVENTEC bundles expertise in planning, installation, networking, maintenance, and repair of building technology equipment and systems into a comprehensive service portfolio. As a service company for building technology, its corporate strategy aims at actively accompanying the structural industry change in Germany and to support its group companies in conquering technical, legal, and personnel challenges to offer customized energy-efficient and cost-efficient solutions.

VIVENTEC’s major shareholder is GREENPEAK Partners, a company builder with proven track record and comprehensive expertise in founding, developing, and expanding industry leaders in the German, Austrian, and Swiss markets. Throughout the years, the GREENPEAK Partner team has built eight platforms that generate annual revenues of over EUR 750 million today. GREENPEAK has an industry focus on healthcare, business services, and services for real estate.

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek thoroughly supported the lending financing institution in drafting, structuring, negotiating, and implementing the entire financing documentation. In addition to funding a share purchase, the financing aims at recapitalizing previously concluded corporate acquisitions and funding the intended further expansion in the coming years.
