Further expansion: Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek adds Procurement Law Expert from Beiten in Munich
As of July 1, Dr. Wolfgang G. Renner, LL.M. joined Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Munich office from Beiten Burkhardt. The 40-year-old will establish and develop the procurement law practice at the Munich location. Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek thus continues its remarkable expansion of the Munich office.
"We are pleased to strengthen our nationally renowned procurement law and PPP practice also at the Munich office with Wolfgang Renner's designated expertise and experience," said Dr. Armin Freiherr von Grießenbeck, Member of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek's Management Committee and Partner at the Munich office.
Following the move of the team around Roland Gerold and Michael Nusser to Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in April, the law firm now features a sizeable public law and procurement law practice at the Munich office as well.
Since 2000, Renner had been working for Beiten in the fields of Procurement Law, Economic Administrative Law and European Law. In the last few years, he provided counsel among others to public law institutions during a policy dispute on the issue of their classification as public awarding authorities, to the Alliance of German Dairy Farmers during the most recent debate on milk prices and advised in the scope of the Herkules IT PPP of the Federal Armed Forces as well as on constitutional disputes in stock exchange administration law.
